FinnSec 2027

FinnSec is the most important professional event in the safety sector for the year. The event brings together decision-makers and experts as well as personnel in charge of company safety.

FinnSec is organised in collaboration with Finnsecurity, the Finnish Association of Fire Officers, and other key industry stakeholders. The event takes place simultaneously with the Real Estate Fair and the Safety & Rescue Expo.

Stands

Ready-made-stand is an easy and cost-effective solution. Walls, carpets and lights are ready, all you need to bring or rent is the furniture.

Stand includes:

white walls and fascia made of profile or standard structure
fascia text or logo (not included when stand doesn’t have a fascia board)
carpet tiles (dark green, -red, -blue or -grey) or carpet roll (light grey, violet, turquoise, brown, white, yellow, black, blue, red, green, nut or orange)
basic lighting (spotlights, one per meter, only on one wall in corner stands)
socket 16A 230V (3,6kW) and energy consumption
constructing and dismantling
cleaning before the event

Terms of participation

The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of the Finnish Fair Corporation

The invoice for participation is due by 6 August 2027.

Expostart (incl. socket 16A 230V 3.6 kW and energy consumption, publicity and environmental fee) €670 is charged from all exhibitors.

Any stand constructions exceeding 300 cm are considered additional advertising space and subject to an extra charge. Minimum charge is €450.

Stands with two levels: the level is subject to a charge per square metre to 50% of the space rental.

Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, a Publicity and environmental fee €390 is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.

An extra charge of €25 + vat/invoice is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.

The number of exhibitor’s passes and invitation cards depends on the size of the stand. The amounts can be checked from the webpages of the event.

VAT is added to all prices.

Prices are valid until 45 days before the event.
